Pause+Pivot Studio grew from something I’ve always naturally done - helping people step back from problems and find solutions.
Growing up around small businesses, I saw how much weight founders carry and how hard it is to step away from the day-to-day to properly rethink things.
With a background in product design and people-centred roles, I approach businesses the same way - throw the brief out the window, understand how things really work and go from there.
I lead the thinking and systems approach and bring in trusted specialists when needed. It keeps things flexible, focused and grounded in what will genuinely move your business forward.
